Before you book
How much does it cost?
Our prices depend on your home’s size for home cleaning services, and for upholstery, on the item and its size. Simply WhatsApp us a photo and let us know your property size (square footage or number of bedrooms) or the item’s size, and we’ll send a quote your way the same day (8 AM–5 PM daily).
Do you charge for transport fees?
On-site visits are completely free of travel charges. A transport fee only applies if items (like carpets, rugs, or upholstery) need to be taken off-site for specialized cleaning.
Do you clean post-HIP flats?
Yes. Post-renovation cleaning includes flats after HDB’s Home Improvement Programme (HIP).
Can I book only some rooms?
Yes. Besides the packages, you can book toilets, the living room, rooms, the kitchen (including the cooker, hob and oven) and the fridge on their own.
What add-ons can I choose?
Formaldehyde treatment, vinyl coating and antimicrobial treatment.
My place is over 2,200 sqft. Can you still quote from photos?
For properties over 2,200 sqft we visit and assess the site first, then send the quote.
What if you miss a spot?
Tell us. If we miss anything, we come back within 48 hours.
Are you licensed?
Yes. M Clean is an NEA-licensed cleaning company, and the job is done by our own crew, not subcontractors.
