How much does epoxy flooring cost?
Every floor is quoted based on square footage, surface condition, and the required coating system. Send us photos and estimated square footage on WhatsApp, and we’ll reply with an upfront, itemised quote the same day (8am–5pm daily).
How long does the installation take?
Residential bathrooms and balconies typically take 1 to 2 days, while commercial spaces depend on total floor area. The floor is ready for light foot traffic within 24 hours and reaches full chemical cure in 72 hours.
Is epoxy flooring slippery when wet?
For wet areas such as toilets, bathrooms, balconies, and commercial kitchens, we broadcast anti-slip silica quartz or aggregate into the topcoat to provide certified slip-resistant traction.
Can epoxy be applied over existing tiles?
Yes. We mechanically grind the tile glaze to create an anchor profile, repair any hollow joints, and apply high-adhesion bonding primer so hacking is not required.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. M Clean is an NEA-licensed specialist. Every project is handled directly by our own trained crew—never outsourced or subcontracted.
What is your revisit guarantee?
We inspect the finished floor with you upon completion. If any missed spot or curing defect is identified, we return within 48 hours to rectify it.
