Privacy Policy

Who we are

M Clean SG (“M Clean”, “we”) is a cleaning company in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), on mclean.sg and when you contact us.

Questions about your data: email m.cleaningsg@gmail.com or call +65 8092 0441.

Data Protection Officer: Muhammad, email: m.cleaningsg@gmail.com.

What we collect

• What you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or through the form: your name, phone number, email, postal code, the job you need and any photos.
• The address and access details for the job, once you book.
• How you use this website: pages visited, device and browser, and which ad or link brought you here (see Cookies and tracking below).

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To schedule and carry out the job, and to come back within 48 hours if we missed anything.
• To keep the records the law requires.
• To measure and improve our website and our ads.

We don’t sell your personal data. We only use it for these purposes, or others you agree to.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technology from Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. They tell us which pages people visit and whether an ad led to a WhatsApp click, a call or a form. Google and Meta may use this data under their own privacy policies.

Our Google reviews section is shown by Trustindex, which loads the reviews from its own servers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change how ads are shown to you in your Google (adssettings.google.com) and Meta ad settings. The site still works without them.

Who we share it with

• Our own crew, to do the job.
• Service providers that run this website and our messages: Hostinger (website hosting), Google (email, analytics, ads), Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram ads) and Trustindex (reviews).
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Where your data is stored

This website and the form data are hosted by Hostinger on servers in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Google and Meta may process data in other countries. When data goes outside Singapore, we make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for your enquiry, the job and our legal and accounting records, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email m.cleaningsg@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to carry out a job for you.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version (24 October 2026).
