Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you book a cleaning service with M Clean. Last updated 24 October 2026.

Quotes

Every job is quoted, there is no price list. We quote from the photos and details you send us, before we start.

For properties over 2,200 sqft, we visit and assess the site first, then quote.

Booking and scheduling

We work 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Your booking is confirmed when we agree a date and time with you on WhatsApp or by phone.

On the day

  • Please give our crew access to the place and the items to be cleaned, plus water and electricity.
  • Our own NEA-licensed crew does the job, not subcontractors.

Our 48-hour revisit guarantee

If we miss anything, tell us and we come back within 48 hours to fix it.
